NEWS
Rachel won first place in this year's Spring Lake Norman Art League Exhibit and Best in Show in the Town of Davidson's juried Art on the Green show (read DavidsonNews.net article about these exhibits). She is now exhibiting work at Artworks on Main in Mooresville, NC, and will have an exhibit at Davidson Town Hall in August.
BIOGRAPHY
Rachel Goldstein is an emerging artist and photographer from Davidson, North Carolina. She recently graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with her Masters of Fine Arts in Photography. She enjoys working in digital collage, combining multiple images with text, as well as photographing in the documentary style, creating narratives in her photographs.
Her work has previously been exhibited in several galleries in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia; in Charlotte, Huntersville, Greensboro and Durham, North Carolina; Annapolis, Maryland; Rockport, Maine; and Hong Kong. Rachel recently moved back to the Lake Norman area, and can't wait for everyone to see what she has been up to in the last ten years!
